These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckycolq ("luckycolq," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the luckycolq website located at https://luckycolq.asia and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any luckycolq service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the luckycolq Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use the luckycolq Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. luckycolq strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luckycolq, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the luckycolq Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that covers the luckycolq Platform.

luckycolq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the luckycolq Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. luckycolq will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify luckycolq support immediately at [email protected].

luckycolq conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

All transactions on the luckycolq Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luckycolq supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your luckycolq wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. luckycolq does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to a processing period of up to five (5) business days. luckycolq reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your luckycolq wallet.

luckycolq offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all luckycolq promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckycolq reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• luckycolq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Winnings derived from free spins or free bets are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.

All games available on the luckycolq Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

luckycolq uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in accordance with standard casino rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, luckycolq reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. luckycolq's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. luckycolq reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckycolq Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to luckycolq immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward luckycolq staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

luckycolq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

luckycolq provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

All players must be 21 years of age or older to use the luckycolq Platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Philippine law.

All content on the luckycolq Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the exclusive property of luckycolq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckycolq, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

luckycolq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckycolq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckycolq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

luckycolq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending fraud or AML review.

You may close your luckycolq account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

luckycolq reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the luckycolq Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
